The objective is to explore whether shared purpose, collective action, and meaningful contribution can become the primary drivers of engagement within a humanitarian Web3 ecosystem.
By approving this proposal, the community agrees that the CIVIC ecosystem should be designed according to the following principles:
The community also authorizes CIVIC to incorporate these principles into the design of future governance proposals, contributor recognition systems, funding mechanisms, and ecosystem incentives.
Any proposal introducing tokenomics, financial incentives, or reward mechanisms should demonstrate how it aligns with this Mission-First Governance Charter and supports CIVIC's mission of protecting civilians.
